Everywhere I go I seem to find my tribe easier, people who love nature and value time being connected to it. People who feel the spirit of peace and are committed to their path of self-discovery, self-realization, self-knowledge. People that not only want a better life, they are living a better life, they give back, they are good steward’s of this earth. Most importantly they are shining the light and illuminating the path for us all. Their good intentions are helping clear our vision of what is most important in this journey of life and love.
Listen to your own heart intelligence and give your self permission to quiet the mind, let go and give your self permission to feel the beauty of each moment. Immerse your self in aligning your thoughts to not only seeing the good in others but to be this goodness. Immerse yourself in the morning light and feel free enough to let it shine from you through out the day.
But wait….as my oldest daughter says to me, I want some of what your smoking mom… ha, ha. I say that because life is not always easy and can throw us a hard ball. Even with all the beauty it can bring hardship, pain, loss. How do we make sense of it and stay open and loving, and remain in the current of love?
We all know life can be hard even if things are good. During times of challenge, during times of loss, we need to accept these challenges to help us move forward. Pain and loss can bring us to a place where we feel vulnerable, raw, stripped of our old reality. During this time we may experience a peeling away of who we thought we were.
