Be Happy Yoga Philosophy

 

My intention is that you will find peace, happiness and clarity through practicing yoga and meditation. Happiness can be experienced with proper alignment in movement and thought. My classes combine the physical practice of yoga, asanas/postures, mixed with, breath awareness, heart opening thoughts and always ending with meditation.

My goals are flexibility, balance and stamina in a strong, healthy body on and off the mat. My style of yoga allows each participant to go at their own pace and level of achievement. By reaching new personal goals it is my hope that you will gain inner strength, confidence and a connection to the peace within.
