People say that what we're seeking is a meaning for life. I don't think that's what we're really seeking. I think that what we're seeking is an experience of being alive, so that we actually feel the rapture of being alive.
A yoga practice can assist with connecting to the feelings of beauty and divine rapture within and without. In our hectic life it is often difficult to practice self-care habits routinely. Physical activity is a key component in self-care and is essential in maintaining a healthy body. When we take time out to devote to working on keeping ourselves healthy and fit, we slow down and become more mindful and happiness is experienced. |
