This foundation series will introduce the fundamental teaching of Anusara Yoga. This will include understanding & applying the Universal Principle of Alignment in every group of postures. Each class will also offer insights on how to develop a meaningful and uplifting practice. This series will be friendly to beginners and will deepen more experience student’s knowledge & skill.
Classes can be taken individually.

Charly Pivert is a Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor who has studied with John Friend for the past 14 years. With 20 years of teaching
experience, Charly brings a deep understanding of how the physical practice of Yoga can connect to one‘s heart and have the power to transform lives. Charly teaches & lives in Austin, Texas.

A yoga practice can assist with connecting to the feelings of beauty and divine rapture within and without. In our hectic life it is often difficult to practice self-care habits routinely. Physical activity is a key component in self-care and is essential in maintaining a healthy body. When we take time out to devote to working on keeping ourselves healthy and fit, we slow down and become more mindful and happiness is experienced.
